Reservation and deposit
When making a boat reservation on iznajmicamac.rs, it is required to pay a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount. The deposit is necessary to confirm your reservation and secure your chosen time slot. Unless otherwise specified for certain boats, the deposit payment is made through an electronic transfer to the designated account.
Confirmation of reservation
After the deposit payment, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation via email, containing all the relevant details about the boat rental. Please review the information to ensure its accuracy and inform us of any errors as soon as possible.
Cancellation of reservation
If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellation of the reservation is subject to certain conditions, and the information regarding cancellation fees and deposit refunds is as follows:
- In case of severe weather conditions, the deposit will be fully refunded.
- The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled within one month of the scheduled cruise.
- If the ride is canceled one day before the scheduled ride, you are obligated to pay 80% of the total boat rental price.
- If the ride is canceled on the day of the scheduled ride, you are obligated to pay 100% of the total boat rental price.

If you wish to modify the dates or other details of your reservation, please contact us.
Depending on the availability of the boat and reservation conditions, we will do our best to accommodate your changes.
The condition of the boat and deposit refund
During the boat handover, we will conduct a thorough inspection together and document any damages, if present. After the completion of the rental period and the return of the boat in the same condition as it was received, the deposit will be fully refunded to you, minus any costs incurred for damages or additional services during the rental.
User responsibility
The user is responsible for the proper use of the boat during the rental period. Please adhere to all specified rules and regulations, as well as observe safety measures and restrictions related to operating the boat.
