How does boat rental work with us?

What we offer are private tours. This means that only you and the skipper who drives you will be on the boat. You choose:

• departure time
• duration of the ride
• the route you want to take
• the vessel you want to ride

However, we recommend consulting with us about the route, so we can make sure it’s realistic to visit all desired locations within the planned time.

All rides are circular — departure and return are from the same location where the vessel is docked. If you want to change the boarding or disembarking location, this is charged additionally, depending on the distance from the home marina of the selected vessel.

What is included in the boat rental price?

The price of all our vessels is calculated per hour of sailing and includes boat rental, fuel consumed and the service of an experienced skipper who will guide you safely and professionally throughout the entire tour. With us, there are no hidden costs!

1. Choosing a vessel

Our offer includes a wide range of vessels in different categories — from smaller boats, through motorboats and yachts, all the way to catamarans and sailboats. We operate in the two largest cities in Serbia, Belgrade and Novi Sad.

On our website you can carefully review each vessel you are interested in. Detailed information is available about the exact boarding and disembarking location, as well as what is included in the rental price. In addition, prices are clearly stated, per hour, fully updated and with no hidden costs.

All the photos you see are authentic, taken directly on the vessels from our fleet — we do not use stock images from the internet. Also, each vessel has a detailed description and a list of equipment you can use during your trip, so you know exactly what to expect and how to enjoy it to the fullest.

2. Sending an inquiry for the date

After you have carefully chosen the vessel that suits you best, the next step is to send us an inquiry with the desired date for your trip. It is important that in this inquiry you clearly state the specific date as well as the exact time (the exact start time and the duration of the cruise).

The reason for being precise with the timing is that we can organize several cruises with the same vessel on the same day, provided that the times do not overlap. In this way, we maximize the availability of the vessel and enable more clients to enjoy their time on the water.
That’s why it’s important to clearly define both the date and time in your inquiry, so we can check the availability of the vessel for your desired slot and quickly get back to you with either confirmation or a suggestion of alternative times or an alternative vessel for the requested period.

Once we receive your inquiry, we check whether the chosen vessel is available at the requested time and inform you as soon as possible.

3. Deposit payment and reservation confirmation

Once we confirm that the chosen vessel is available at the requested time, the next step is to pay the deposit to confirm your reservation.

The deposit represents an advance payment by which you confirm your genuine interest in using our services. The amount of the deposit varies depending on the vessel and ranges from 20% to 50% of the total rental price.

The deposit serves as proof of your commitment when making a reservation and allows us to plan the trip with maximum dedication. If the weather conditions are not suitable for safe sailing (e.g. heavy rain, storm, or strong wind) — the deposit is fully refunded, since in such situations the ride cannot take place. Alternatively, we can offer you another date when weather conditions allow safe sailing.

On the other hand, if the client cancels the reservation without a valid reason or at short notice before the scheduled date, the deposit is retained as compensation for the opportunity cost. This means that due to your reservation we declined other potential clients who wanted the same time slot, and our loss lies in the missed opportunity to provide the service to someone else. In this way, we protect the stability of our business and ensure fair terms of cooperation for all parties.

As soon as you receive the payment details for the deposit, it is important to make the payment as quickly as possible so that we can immediately reserve the desired time slot for you. Since the number of available slots is limited, if the payment is delayed for several days, there is a risk that other clients may book your preferred time in the meantime. Once the deposit payment is recorded in our system, your reservation is considered officially confirmed and the time slot is securely reserved only for you.

A day or two before the scheduled trip, we will contact you again with all the details, including the skipper’s phone number who will be driving you, as well as additional information that will help you enjoy a safe and pleasant cruise.
